Where every dollar goes
Six kinds of charges exist at Velri, and four of them are ours. Membership and the flat fulfillment fee are what Velri earns on a medication order, and lab panels and supplement packs carry a margin, which we would rather say out loud than bury. Consult fees and medication cost pass straight through to the independent Provider Groups and pharmacies who do that work.
That is the whole list. If a charge is not on it, we do not make it.

Why is Velri cash-pay instead of billing insurance?
Cash-pay is what makes this price sheet possible. Without claims, coding, and reimbursement games, the price you see is the price you pay: membership billed by Velri, consult fees paid in full to the independent Provider Group, and medication at the independent pharmacy's true cost with $0 markup. No surprise bills weeks later.
What does pass-through pricing mean?
It means the money passes through Velri without Velri taking a cut. Velri is the merchant of record: Velri collects the payment and appears on your card statement, then pays the independent pharmacy and the independent Provider Group what they are owed. Medication is billed at the independent pharmacy's true cost, with $0 markup, ever. Consult fees ($25 async, $35 sync, $60 complex) go in full to the independent Provider Group. The only thing Velri adds on an order is one flat fulfillment fee of about $25, the same on every product.
What does the ~$25 fulfillment fee cover?
One flat fee of about $25 per medication order, the same regardless of which medication was prescribed. It covers Velri's coordination of the order with the dispensing pharmacy, which packages and ships directly to you. Velri never takes physical possession of any medication. It is the only per-order amount Velri itself charges on a medication order.
When does billing start for founding members?
Founding enrollment is a soft open ahead of the September 15, 2026 launch. You put a card on file to hold the $79/mo founding rate, and billing begins only when care access opens in your state. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Is the $79 founding rate locked forever?
The founding rate is held while your membership stays active. Keep your membership and your rate does not go up. If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at the standard rate, currently $99/mo.
Does membership guarantee a prescription?
No. Membership covers coordination and support only. Whether any medication is appropriate for you is decided entirely by an independent, licensed provider after your consultation, and a prescription is never guaranteed. Compounded medications are not FDA approved.
